Friulian Cheesecake
Ingredienti:
Prosciutto San Daniele, Ricotta vaccina, Taralli, Burro, Pomodorini, Basilico, Sale q.b
Process:
Take the taralli and reduce them to crumbs, melt the butter and mix it with the crumble. Put the mixture in a pastry ring and let it harden in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
To make the cream, sift the ricotta and add a pinch of salt. Take the pastry rings, arrange the mixture on the base and level. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Take the cheesecake out of the fridge, offer a slice of San Daniele ham, a couple of cherry tomatoes and a basil leaf.
